01 The challenge
Pest control technicians must record every chemical application for regulators. Most field-service tools leave that to a separate form, so records are incomplete and audits are stressful.
02 What we did
- 01Made the chemical application record a required part of completing a job, so compliance happens in the same tap as closing the work order.
- 02Designed scheduling, job records, and customer management for office staff and technicians.
- 03Built SMS reminders and on-the-way notifications with Twilio.
- 04Built the platform on Next.js and Supabase with a component system based on shadcn/ui.
