01 The challenge

Commercial leases run to dozens of pages, and the dates and numbers that matter are buried in them. Property managers were copying key terms into spreadsheets by hand and missing renewal windows as a result.

02 What we did

  1. 01Designed an upload flow that turns a lease PDF into sixteen structured fields, each with a confidence score and the source quote it came from, so nothing has to be taken on trust.
  2. 02Built the extraction pipeline on Claude with review states for low-confidence fields.
  3. 03Added a portfolio view with renewal and rent escalation alerts delivered by email through Resend.
  4. 04Shipped Stripe billing with a paid trial, so the product could charge from day one.
